> PotAI is a working thesis for cannabis trust infrastructure focused on Form 8300 compliance and a permissioned trade-credit ledger for cannabis suppliers.

## Current Status

PotAI is not yet a launched product. The site is being used to validate whether cannabis operators, suppliers, CPAs, compliance consultants, and attorneys believe the proposed wedges solve real pain.

## Product Wedges

- Form 8300 compliance: Detect reportable cash events from POS exports and cash close records, prepare filing packets, track deadlines, generate January 31 customer notices, and store supporting audit trails.
- Trade credit ledger: Let cannabis suppliers contribute A/R history into a permissioned network that shares descriptive payment facts after retailer notice and dispute workflows. The initial concept avoids credit scores and suggested credit limits.

## Validation Asks

- Operators: Would you pay $500 for a 12-month Form 8300 cleanup and filing packet review?
- Suppliers: Would you sign a data contribution agreement and share current A/R aging for normalization and slow-pay analysis?
